Fee considerations include location, distance traveled and time of day. Please note that additional factors such as weekends, holidays, rush jobs, locations outside of coverage area, additional wait-time and late night/early morning calls may result in fee increase.
Services for general notary work include notarizing vehicle titles, legal documents and certified copies. As loan signing agents, network members are experts in handling purchase transactions, refinances and reverse mortgages. When it comes to real estate, many of these same activities can now be performed remotely and online.
