FEES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Charging a fair fee is what sets theKentucky Notary Network apart from the competition. Our remote online notary fees are very reasonable. As mobile notaries, we charge an additional fee for travel and it's calculated separately from the fee for notarization for each appointment. Fee considerations include location, distance traveled and time of day. Please note that additional factors such as weekends, holidays, rush jobs, locations outside of coverage area, additional wait-time and late night/early morning calls may result in fee increase.
Services for general notary work include notarizing vehicle titles, legal documents and certified copies. As loan signing agents, network members are experts in handling purchase transactions, refinances and reverse mortgages. When it comes to real estate, many of these same activities can now be performed remotely and online. Kentucky Notary Network members are trained for eClosings on several platforms including, Digital Delivery, Inc., Pavaso, Nexsys, and DocVerify.

What forms of identification do you accept?
The preferred form of identification is a current driver's license. But a passport, non-driver's license ID or a military ID is acceptable. Please note that only U.S.-issued identifications are acceptable forms of ID.
What types of payments are accepted for your services?
Kentucky Notary Network members accept a variety of payments including credit cards (via Square or PayPal), checks or cash. Monthly invoicing may be arranged for valued business customers.
Are notaries public allowed to give legal advice or draft legal documents?
Although, some notaries are licensed Kentucky attorneys, they do not give legal advice while performing their role as a notary. No attorney-client relationship is formed during any notarial service offered.
How does remote online notarization work?
